You can’t assign Crew to a shot until you define Crew members. The Crew Properties screen allows you to record all the necessary information about a Crew member so you can begin assigning the Crew to different shots.

Identify the Crew member’s Name, which will be used to assign him/her to shots. Give a Description. Identify the Unit and Role of the crew member and the Contact Information . Click the "Add" button to create Production Units.
