You can’t assign Equipment to a shot until you define Equipment. The Equipment Properties screen allows you to record all the necessary information about Equipment so you can begin assigning the Equipment to different shots.

Give the piece of Equipment’s Name to make it easy to identify. This will be used to assign it to shots. Identify the Type of equipment (Camera, Lighting, Sound or Other) and give a Description. You can also record the Cost of the Equipment and whether it is currently Available to you.
