You can’t assign Extras to a shot until you define an Extra. The Extras Properties screen allows you to record all the necessary information about Extras so you can begin assigning the Extras to different shots.

Give the Extra a descriptive Name. This will be used to assign him/her to shots. Give a detailed Description. Identify the Actor, once cast, and his/her Contact Information .

You should also record the Preparation Time required for the actor before shooting, including time required in makeup and wardrobe. (Check off if there is Makeup Required). You can also record the Cost associated with this extra (Total for the project).

Here you can import one or more JPG images representing the diagrams for the character.

The Add button allows you to choose a file from disk. The Remove button removes the image from your breakdown, you can however, choose to save a copy before you remove it.
