With the Design Plan in hand, now you can plan the production. Here you can list all the Characters and Extras appearing in the shot, all the Props and Equipment used in the shot and all the Crew necessary to film the shot.

Click the corresponding "Modify" button to assign each element to the shot. (See: Assigning Characters, Assigning Props, Assigning Extras, Assigning Crew and Assigning Equipment)

You can also record any Tape/Reel info, after the shoot, so you can easily find which tape or reel contains the footage for this shot.

Once the rehersal is done check the Rehersal Complete box. Once the shot has been filmed, check the Shooting Complete box.
