The Choose Crew screen is used to pick from the list of Crew members, those assigned to the shot. Click on the desired Crew member and then on the ‘<’ button to move the Crew from the "All Crew" list to the "Assigned Crew" list. You can also double-click on the Crew member’s name or if you want to add all the Crew use the "<<" button.

If you have created Production Units and assigned Crew Members to those Units, you can narrow the view of crew members to a specific unit by selecting that Unit in the drop list provided. This makes it easy to add a whole Unit at once by selecting the Unit in the list and clicking the "<<" button.

Removing Crew members works the same way, by double-clicking or using the ">" and ">>" buttons.

Click the "New Crew " button to add Crew members to the Crew lists.
